A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance of 50% paid to your guide at the end of the tour. Balances can be paid by MasterCard, VISA, Discover Card, Diner's Club or cash.
After submitting your 50% deposit, we will send you a confirmation and questionnaire regarding the date, time and meeting place of your tour.
Cancellation 45 or more days before the date of your tour - full refund of deposit;
Cancellation 44 to 30 days before the date of your tour - cancellation fee equal to 20% of the full tour price;
Cancellation less than 30 days before the date of your tour - cancellation fee equal to 50% of the full tour price.
For 10% the total cost of your tour, payable within 3 days of booking your tour, cancellation coverage is available. If you elect this coverage, Family in New York will refund you the full amount of your deposit paid, provided you notify us by email of the cancellation 24-hours or more before the start time of your tour. Information related to cancellation coverage will be included with the confirmation we send following receipt of your deposit.
